We typically work with homeowners and real estate agents that need exterior cleaning on a particular surface or an entire house.
What areas / regions do you serve? Any outside of the North Shore?
We serve residents along the North Shore of Lake Superior in St. Louis County, Lake County and Cook County. We will, on occasion, travel to other parts of Minnesota by special request if the scale of work justifies our travel costs.
How long does it take to complete a power washing job?
Power washing patios, sidewalks, driveways and garages can be done in 2 – 6 hours. Siding, roofs and gutters can take a little longer based on the preparation and extra care.
How long does it take to wash windows?
Depending on how many windows your house has, we can finish washing the exterior windows in 2 – 6 hours. Interior washing of windows will require double the amount of time.
How much does it cost?
Power washing cost is calculated by the square footage of the surfaces we are cleaning. We charge a flat rate of 25c per square foot. Because we are a military family, we also offer military discounts!
What do we expect from our customers?
In case we have to reschedule (due to inclement weather or other circumstances), we appreciate timely responses to getting your job rescheduled as soon as possible. If we do a good job, we appreciate positive reviews and referrals to your friends and family. If we don’t meet your expectations, please let us know first so we can make it right!
